To populate VSH/PH

I talked to Frozen and Socrates earlier, on the VSH/PH server, and came up with a few ideas.

1. (this can go for any server) if a server gets fully or almost fully filled, there can be a small give away for the server. This can go for the VSH/PH server, or any server that has trouble getting filled up.

2. a system for the Stamm points for prop hunt
the higher your rank, the better and smaller props you can be. Frozen suggested it start at Mercenary, and i agree.
(example, mercenary can be big props, and as you rank up, you can be stuff like the cow, crate, wood, all the way down to buckets and shrubs)

I like the idea of being able to choose your prop, but it would ruin the randomness and the gamble of what prop you will get.

I was gonna add something to it last night, but was tired


There could be like a timer on choosing props, you can only do it every other round or every 10 minutes or something

I don't know how I feel about this. This looks alot like a "pay to win" system.

I said that we can put a timer on this, so people won't have to depend on it.
Going back on what I said, I think once every map rotation should do it

no, not on stamm points, a timer on how much you can choose your own prop.

Fox is suggesting that instead of a prop being randomly chosen for you, allow you to choose between different props depending on how many stamm points you have, similar to our chat colour system. Both other major versions of prophunt (GMod, CoD4) allow the player to choose to different degrees what they want to be.

This would have a twofold effect. It would encourage players to spend more time on our servers to rack up points and unlock more prop choices, but it might also frustrate newer players who have no time on our servers or those who do not log in enough to keep their points from decaying.

hmm...
we could either have what i suggested, or a simple reroll system for everyone. you can only reroll for what prop you get once.

I prefer keeping our loyalty points from impacting gameplay, even on Prophunt. It gives an unfair advantage to regulars over new visitors.
