[Semi-Approved] Remove RTD From VSH/PH Server

RTD kind of ruins both modes. In VSH if anyone on the RED side gets lucky sandvich, they can take 6 hits. from Hale.

That's ridiuclous. The entire point of Hale is that he or any other boss kills you in one, maximum two hits. This makes it extremely unfair to the Hale because basically every player who rolls lucky sandvich is now worth 6 players worth of HP. Also toxic and instant sentry let you do extra bonus damage that makes it unfair too.

This also negatively affects PH. People who roll beacon as a prop are instantly given away, props that roll lucky sandvich or instant sentry can unfairly prevent the Pyro side from killing them.

I get that it's not a serious server, but RTD still breaks the game modes nonetheless. It should be removed.

Sentry doesn't work on PH though.
The risk of the good rolls are worth it though, the bad rolls like explode, timebomb, blind, drugs etc. make the game equal.
Can we instead lower the chances of the more OP rolls, like sandwich and toxic?

I guess, but I would rather just not have it entirely. Having an equal amount of good rolls to bad rolls doesn't make it balanced because it's still a chance system. Some bosses very easily could get fucked because everyone on RED gets a powerful roll. That isn't fair to someone who waits in line of ten other players to be Hale just so they get fucked over by a random number generator. I really think it should just be booted entirely.

Balancing RTD has been on the list, it just hasn't happened yet. Rolls such as toxic, noclip, god mode and possibly a couple of others will be removed. Lucky sandvich isn't as OP as you think it is since Hale can just as easily hide from that player considering the extra health drains rapidly over time. The round's are usually short enough for only 2-3 rolls if you stay on top of the timer but that can always be increased if needed, or it can be set so that only one player can use RTD at a time.
Some search never finding a way, before long they waste away.

Removing it entirely would better. Lucky Sandvich is OP in Prophunt and pretty much guaranty a win.

Lets make it so that only one person can use it at a time, and that the timer to use it is greatly extended. (instead of 3 min, make it 40, so you can only use it for one game untill it rotates)

Eh, in my opinion its fine. The random good and bad rtds make it rather fair really. There ain't much for me to add here, just kinda read Foxy lad's opinion to see what I'm saying.
