This Post concerns the Admin and Moderator Applications pages.

I know I read somewhere the specifications of Moderator vs Admin,
but it might be good to post those in the Applications pages too.
Just to clarify the differences between the two.

♦ What "powers" that they have in the server
♦ Any other specific duties
