We might need a few more details, I have that exact card, so I may be able to help a bit.

First off, did you plug the DVI (or whatever you use to connect your computer to your monitor) to the graphics card and not just the integrated graphics on the motherboard?

Another thing is if your power supply can support the amount of voltage you need.
Beware my awkwardness! I am the thread killer.

You should be fine on the power supply. Even the most power hungry system Linus Tech Tips could make never pulled more than 500 watts.

As far as I can tell, it's one of three things
-faulty card
-faulty cord (unlikely if the same cord was used on the last card)
-your system for some reason doesn't like where you're plugging it in. My system has three ports but I have to plug in my monitors in a specific configuration otherwise I'll either only get one display or none at all.
Without strife, your victory has no meaning. Without strife, you do not advance. Without strife, there is only stagnation
I only came here because I thought there was pudding.
That's a pretty good reason to go anywhere
