Heavy Speed Bugs

After much testing, I've found out that any rtd's that change the heavys movement speed, while holding down the spin up button (mouse 2 for me), return to normal no-spun up movement.

For example: If you were a Brass Beast that got snail, (you become slower) and you stay spun up, as soon as the rtd wears off, you go to your normal no spun-up speed. Even if you are still spun up, and can become a very fast (and scary) mobile sentry. This also works if you spin-up before the speed adjusting rtd wears off. It returns your speed to the un-spun up state. Which overrides you being spun-up.

Overall, fast and mobile sentry heavys are scary.

Well, it's not a consistent exploit as you need to roll the speed boost to achieve said exploit which isn't very common as good rolls are a lower percentage. Secondly, you also need heavy to be chosen by the system in the first place. Even then, it's not a huge game breaking exploit, but none-the-less we will watch out for.
